The Basics
Well hello again I can't wait to tell you the information I found out, so today I decided to talk about the basics of birth order. Well you all know that it isn't easy being the oldest, middle, youngest, or only child since there are many different qualities each possess. So we all know those stereotypes of birth order and the weird thing is some of these assumptions are actually true. Let me refresh your mind with some of these stereotype, well the oldest children are the mini parents. The bosses of everyone and are very controlling. The middle child is a bit of a rebel but also a peacemaker. The youngest or "baby" as I call my little brother is the free spirit of the group. Lets not forget the only child who is considered the little spoiled prince or princess of the group.
After doing some research let me give you a little fact to back up these stereotypes so first of all, the eldest does have more of a paternal instinct due to the fact they help take care of their siblings so the eldest gain more responsibility. From my experience I always wanted to baby my siblings and be able to take care of them on my own. Now the middle child have no time alone they always grow up with siblings, since the oldest have a few years to themselves and the youngest stay long enough to become like an only child. This proves why they make peace since they are always in the "middle" of the fight see what I did there. Okay moving on to the youngest they are the free spirits who grow up with less restrictions and I can vouch for that my little brother could get away with murder if he wanted to. The only child is a little bit spoiled due to the fact that they have no other siblings which make them the center of attention. Now you know that some of these stereotypes are actually true and how just one little thing of what order you where born in can affect you so much. This is just an overview of the traits you need to know before we get into the specifics.
